Cancellation Policy
- Party bookings is a price based on 20 children, any children over 20 are a separate payment of $18.75 per child (Max 22 children per party) - Please note, once your deposit has been paid, this will be non-refundable for any cancellations - Toy damage. during the hire of your party, please be advised that it is under the care and reasonability of (paying adult) to ensure all children are handling the toys and property of Tiny Town respectfully. In the event that there are toys broken or items lost we have the right to contact the parent and arrange for these things to be rectified, either by payment at the cost of a replacement of the item in discussion or parent to replace and return a new item to Tiny town.
